These terms apply to your use of rafaylabs.com, the website of RafayLabs, a software studio based in Pakistan. By using the site you agree to them. They cover the website only: any project we take on for you is governed by a separate written agreement.
What this site is
The site describes our services and past work, and lets you contact us. The content is general information, not professional advice for your particular situation.
Estimates on this site are not offers
Timelines, descriptions of what is included, and any figures on this site are typical examples. They are not a quote or a binding offer. What we will deliver for you, by when and for how much, is set out only in a written quote or agreement between us.
Our work and other people's names
The text, design and code of this site belong to RafayLabs. You may share links to it and quote short passages with credit, but not copy it wholesale.
The site shows projects built in different capacities: our own products, client work, and work done for an employer. Each is labelled. Product names, logos and trademarks shown belong to their respective owners, and their appearance here does not mean those owners endorse us.
Using the site fairly
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, break its security or access parts of it that are not public.
- Do not send spam, unlawful content or other people's personal data through the contact form.
- Do not use automated tools to copy the site in bulk.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as app stores. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
