What you get

Booking over WhatsApp and a paper diary works until it does not: double bookings, no-shows, and no record of who your regulars are. This is what an app replaces.

Online booking

Customers pick a service, a staff member and a time, at any hour, without calling.

Calendar and staff

One calendar for every chair or room, with working hours, breaks and days off for each staff member.

Payments and deposits

Take a deposit or the full amount at booking, through Stripe, PayPal or M-Pesa depending on where you operate.

Reminders

Automatic notifications before each appointment, to reduce no-shows.

Customer records

Visit history and notes for every customer, so any staff member can pick up where the last visit ended.

Loyalty and offers

Points, packages and offers that give customers a reason to come back.

How it works

  1. 01

    Scope call

A 15-minute call about how you take bookings today, then a written scope and quote.

  2. 02

    First build

Within 10 to 14 days you get a build you can install and book an appointment in.

  3. 03

    Finish and test

Payments, reminders and the staff side, tested with your real services and prices.

  4. 04

    Launch

Submission to the App Store and Google Play under your business name.

Questions

How is my own app different from listing on a booking marketplace?

A marketplace lists you next to your competitors and typically takes a commission. Your own app carries only your brand, and the customer relationship stays with you.

Can customers pay in the app?

Yes. Stripe, PayPal and M-Pesa are integrated in apps we have built. Other local payment methods are assessed per project.

I have more than one branch. Can the app handle that?

Yes. GlanzGo supports several branches under one business account, and the same approach applies here.

Can you add booking to my existing website instead of building an app?

Yes. A web booking page built with Next.js can sit on your current domain, with or without a mobile app.

How long does it take, and what does it cost?

A focused first version typically takes four to six weeks. The cost depends on the features, so you get a written quote after the scope call, before any work starts.

Will my staff be able to use it?

The staff side is built around a calendar and the day's appointments, and we walk your team through it before launch.

Want customers to book you from their phone?

Book a 15-minute call and tell us how you take appointments today.
